I've had a brand new aem pump fail on the dyno. Only miles on it were the ones to the dyno. I'm sure it's an outlier, but considering their usage rate what are the odds? I'll never use another one again. Walbro from now on.

More power = More fun right?

Getting close to completing my car, I'm trying to set a WHP that would be both fun on the streets and at least a little reliable for track use. My car is going to be about 90% Street 10% Autox/Roadcourse/maybe 1 time drag racing just to see what my trap speed is.

I'm pretty sure my setup is capable of 550whp, but at that level my injectors would be maxed out as well as my fuel setup.

I was initially thinking of tuning it to 500whp, but track days crossed my mind as well.

So.......how does everyone feel about a 450whp S2000? Is that the magic number to be on the safe side of things and still be able to be fast as heck when i want to on the streets?

This will be on E85.

That sucks to hear. Then again, you're going to have failures no matter what the part. Crazy it died so quickly though.

15 as in 15" diameter rim? If so, I wouldn't think any 15" rim would fit over the S2000 brakes.

15's will work especially in the rear, depends on the offset of the rim though. Also that tire seems pretty tall.
