Yeah I got the fan switch when I ordered my Rad so I just went ahead and installed it when I put the Rad in. I will be getting tuned soon so I will let Evans set it all up.

Setting fans up is super easy. Go to Wizards>configure outputs>fan switch then change to desired temps and hit save.

Well I'm switching from v1 to v2 so I wont be installing the v2 till I get to Evans. Having the fans come on early can't hurt any

I think three bars means its anywhere between 175-190 and the fourth means its between 190-205. These are normal operating temps for me. I'll get to four bars in traffic and back down to three when going above 55 in clean air. Here's how I interpret the Modifry ECT gauge settings for the AP1:

1st bar - Below 160 (always on)
2nd bar - 160-175 (OK to VTEC)
3rd bar - 175-190 (normal)
4th bar - 190-205 (normal)
5th bar - 205-220 (hot)
6th bar - 220-235 (danger)
7th bar - Above 235 (shut it down)

I have also attempted to adjust my fuel table only to revert back to what it was before because nothing was helping. I even adjusted the o2 feedback as well only to revert for the same reason.

I don't know if it is the changes in temp (tuned when it was about 45 degrees outside) or the changes in my exhaust, but doing a pull my afr's will even drop down to the 10's especially in lower gears.

Edit; Fuel setup is...

Stock fpr
AEM 320 single pump
FID 1200cc's
stock lines and rail
2005 with return system
Throughout the pull or just initially? Full throttle or just under?

Throughout the whole pull. Sometimes it will run back up to the 11's by the time I'm above 7k RPM's. But the meat of the power band they will drop down to the 10'a and stay there for a while. I was going to make a trip back to my tuner as I am sure he can fix it.

Hey guys. I have a quick question for you. I have a 60mm HKS hi-power that I ran on my car when it was NA.. I'm wondering if you guys have a ball-park thought of what the max wheel HP you'd get out of this exhaust is? Also, I'm wondering if having a restrictive exhaust can affect the boost you're able to make? I'm only making 9.6psi instead of 12 PSI (which is what my solenoid is set to) I'm just running the exhaust temporarily until I can get a 3" straight pipe to muffler installed.

Some info about my kit: pfab stage 2 with 5858 CEA-- 750 cc FID -- 340 lph pump.... Turbo has a 2.5" discharge that goes to a 3" downpipe/testpipe-- It currently reduces down to my 60MM HKS after the testpipe.

Has anyone ever had an Aeromotive 340 pump fail on them? On the dyno today we noticed a fuel pressure issue and it turned out to be my pump. Bummer cause now I have a Whineboro back in there (only thing they had handy to swap in).
