Whenever tuners tune a car, don't they tune the car on a dyno and plug it to their laptop? So that they can set the perfect amount of fuel needed?
Yeah, mine was strictly tuned on a dynopack, he also used a tail pipe sniffer, instead of my AEM Wideband to calculate my AFR Went back and looked at one of my old datalogs, and my buddy is indeed right, idling at 1000-1100rpm, my AFR is around 12.8 to 13.5. I guess it shouldve been an immediate red flag when he couldnt set my properties for my Omni 4BAR at first (he had to call a friend for help).
I think most of us learn the hard way when it comes to tuners...I sure did.

Chance, that looks like it's just an IAT sensor location. Don't think you need it on the S so I would just plug it. Compressor cover or manifold is good source for your wastegate.

As far as tuning, I cannot stress how IMPORTANT going to a great tuner is to the performance and longevity of your car is. I would only go to a person that specializes in your car. Just because someone has a dyno, or has tuned some other stuff doesn't mean they have any clue about your car.

If your car dies while turning the wheel, or slowing to a stop, or anytime the headlights turn on find a new tuner. If it doesn't start in the rain, or runs like shit in rain, or can't be driven until a 5 minute warmup cycle occurs, or doesn't start when the temperature drops from the temp your tune happened , find a new tuner
IDC how much power it makes, they have no clue what they are doing and should never be hooking a laptop up to your car again.
Seriously. Consider driving great distances to go to a reputable S2000 tuner.

I drove 7 hours round-trip to my tuner three separate times, and I'd do it all over again to know that I had someone who knows their shit tune my car. Don't limit your tuner search to your city, else you'll find yourself in the situation you are currently in.

Amazing. When I first went FI I never guessed it would be so troublesome to find a decent tuner. I had expected one of the tuners in my city (Cincinnati) would be more than competent to do it. I guess I know what my next road trip will be (eTune went well, but there's probably room for improvement). I figured traveling so far for a tune was an exception, but apparently not.

Fuel injectors, pump and plugs are all good.
mine also sometime just cuts off when comin to stop but starts right up after ... Maybe I need to talk to Evans and he can send me a new map to fix that problem

I'm trying to install the AlloyCraft heater valve bracket but am having some issues with bending the AC line closes to the firewall DOWN. It's quite easy to pull them towards the fender and things like that, but I've tried several different ways of bashing that kink downwards and have so far had no luck.

If anyone has any trick for doing this I'd really appreciate it. Here is a picture of the section I'm trying to bend down, and I'll also attach a link to the original AlloyCraft bracket images so you can see how his are bent as opposed to mine.

Mine:
