In my opinion, Supertech will be more than adequate for your power goals. Personally, I'd stick with OEM sized valves (the only reason you're replacing them is because you burned an exhaust valve iirc?) Are you going to replace the factory valve guides as well?

Thanks Kyle. Yes you are correct. I did want to upgrade the valve guides as I heard that it is important to do so when switching to aftermarket valves. I also haven't been able to confirm whether or not supertech valves are one piece or two piece valves.

I want to overbuild for my goals. I'd rather take the steps now to avoid a potential problem.

all subjective but right now cars at 16psi and 550whp.

think 600 id be safe?

heads not built however do have ferrea valve springs/retainers/locks and h11 head studs.

just afraid to drop a valve then boom.

im at 706 with stock valves everything else ferrea and fbm studs boost 3k miles so far no issues except when i popped a freeze out plug
