key is bleeding the ever loving shit out of it. i only street drive mine, no road coarse stuff.
OK, I see as high as 190 while cruising at 80mph...I really don't encounter a lot of traffic, but you never know..I don't know how well the stock rad will hold up in 95 degree summer heat, sitting still. So I was going to go the Mishimoto route with the Xline (new super duper rad) along with the fans...now I see someone said don't use Mishimoto? Are there issues with that manufacturer...what is the scoop?
Bazurk touched at it in this thread or his (can't remember) but most aftermarket radiators aren't much of an upgrade due to how the s2000 radiator is designed in the first place. I'd get the new koyo or throw down the cash for a dual pass.
As for my heat issue, I'm going to remove the black grill from my bumper to help air get around the IC. Also got some water wetter and going to mix it more distilled water.

Right. To really upgrade you need to move to a dual pass unit. Otherwise you need to focus on getting as much ambient temp air to the radiator as possible. Using the fake brake ducts to funnel air around the intercooler could make a substantial difference in cooling capabilities at highway speeds.
For those who see that there coolant is getting hot, turning on your heater fans will drop those temps substantially if needed. It is just slightly uncomfortable haha. Switch to the top vents and point them up and out/away from you.

The misimoto/fullblown radiator is an upgrade from stock with proper fans. But it has the same design as stock which is truly inferior and not efficient at all. If you search in the racing forum you will see a link for some dual pass radiators. They are expensive though. The one with a built in oil cooler is over $1000. I don't know who else makes dual pass radiators for us.
