Finally change my set up from PCV > Catch Can > Manifold now its PCV and Front Port > Catch Can and Breather on the can. I was lazy to remove the hardline so just left it there and caped the intake and manifold

My apologies for the delayed response. Here is what my setup looks like currently. I'm going to run lines two lines from the valve cover to a catch can. I completely eliminated the secondary air injection.

I have ap1 valve cover and baffled vented catch can. Can I do it like this. hose from front breather to catch can and pcv to catch can? I will cap intake mani port


Do I need to keep the pcv or can I get a 90 degree fitting to replace it?

I've seen quite a few people do it this way. You can always rape the PVC on the inside

Not quite sure tbh. I never looked into it because I went a diff route with mine. Did you try PMing the guys who went that way ?
