it works in any state.. problem is though is they still have to plug in the obd2 and well fail automatically

Or you could just do what i told you to do, its 100% legal and you dont have to pay anything or change anything on your car.

problem is if / when it comes time to sell it carfax / INS could be ****ed up because of the method.

This is what happens when you let idiots rule the state, country and every where in between. We should be able to have a car like this for recreation just like anyone with a pre emision car can. In fact a properly tuned turbo car will release fewer emission than an old carburated POS.

Its obvious somehow people will find a way to pass (as I know I will eventually or I'll just "risk" it). Why not let unpassable cars pass at an increased fee to the state.

Its free for good cars, why not make it like 100 bucks for "bad" cars?

Seems like extra money to the state...
