I would not go over 725's with the greddy and keep it stock HG with the Emanage. I ran 1000cc's id and it did work but I had a 3mm and found out later Ihad a bad ground. Its just tough to get them to idle well. If your OK with the car stalling now and then, and you have a good tuner you can go as high as 1000cc but the 725's I think would be a better choice and should support a fair amount of power.

I will port my wastegate!

Thanks!

I would get a 70 mm HFC, the TP can stink if you run with the top down and I don't think its goona make that much of a differnce in power. Depending on your exhaust you may need to port it you live in a colder climate.

Well its around 40 degrees in winter and 70-80 in summer in my climate.. Will the testpipe be prone to overboost quicker than the hfc? If powerwise wont be much difference ill take the hfc, but perhaps the testpipe will sound better? Less drone on the 3" single berk?

Just port the wastegate. Trust me on this. It's simple and got rid of my boost creep. I have a berk 70mm test pipe and invidia 70mm V3/N1 exhaust.

with a greddy kit I would do a 70mm HFC, no stink, less chance of creep and just as much power.

Ok, but will the HFC quieten the sound a bit of the 3" berk single? Or does it create some drone with the greddy kit?

Have a Ultimate Racing 3" HFC and am either going to gut it or get a test pipe. I'm losing quite a decent amount of power with E85.

Hey guys, I have a question. I just purchased an AP2 Greddy Kit. My 2004 AP2 has been running on a 01 ECU for a while now. I know there is modification required when converting harnesses from ap1 to ap2, vice versa. If I'm running on a 01 ECU, do I need to convert the harnesses to AP1 configuration? If that is the case, then I'll have to run on a AP1 map also. I'll get a tune regardless though. Thanks.
