The Ultimate GReddy Turbo Kit Thread
Fact the greddy mani starts getting hot at 13 to 14psi ,i hybrid my greddy turbo into a t620z ,fact at the same psi i was getting the same power ,(plus side) it was holding to redline. Fact the turbo wasent working as hard to get 10psi so less heat ment a higher psi can be achived ie 15.5ish .End result is i dident whant to run that hot so i have got rid of the hotside and awaiting my kings performance hotside using a gt3076r which means 200hp extra and still colder for the engine ,in the uk we say thats a nobrainer.
What gains could be made when i should upgrade the small intercooler piping from turbo -> intercooler?
I have a friend who can make the same piping so it matches the input of the intercooler...
The only downside is that the flange on the turbo outlet will still be small, but from that point, it will be as big as the itnercooler inlet ( 2,5" if im correct )

Not much if you was upgrading the turbo and mani then its a must , the piping cannot flow much over 420whp wich the kit cannot achieve in stock form. If i was you look to the future if the kit is lacking in power then start putting together a new hotside and sell yours, get a gt30 topmount mani plus new downpipe, ic then you will be at 400whp at 9 psi, ish.
I tried the search but can't find some GOOD info, so here is the question:

I have a Greddy Profec B-Spec II installed but after reading the manual, it seems like it's pretty hard to setup, and the chance you might screw things up seems big..
http://www.sr20forum.com/turbo-guide...b-spec-ii.html
So if anyone can recomend me some basic settings so i can have a START adjusting the thing without producing massive boost spike/psi would be great!
The kit is currently running on 6 PSI
I would like to have a function so i can switch between Lo/HI between the stock 6PSI Lo Boost and 10PSI Hi boost
What settings should i start with to achieve this?

What are normal afrs I should be seeing? I have aem wideband at wot I see 10. And I'm not sure if it goes lower than that. During normle drive I'm i'm going through 12-13
anyone care to chime in pls do I'm afraid I'm running to rich at ffull boost

Normal A/F's under boost are between 11-12.5 A/F
Normal cruising you would like to see something around A/F 15
Going OFF the throttle it would be somewere between 16 and --- ( --- = leanest condition the AEM gauge can show.. )
Get it tuned asap.. seems like you are running the basemap..
so ive been going and calling a couple tuners to tune my greddy kit . im not sure where to go . one tuner says i must run e85 to be reliable . what you guys think ? has anyone ran e85 on this kit ? also do i need a boost controller with this kit . im not planning on raising boost imma run the stock boost . i wanna be reliable .
