Question for whoever can answer it: is the pressure sensor adaptor really necessary? Doesn't the ult. have a map clamp to block the sensor from seeing boost? If I need it, would a missing link be able to replace this?

the pressure sensor is not nessesary, unless you are tuning over 12psi or something like that.

i dont think the EMU can see boost. Hence the necessity for the greddy map sensor.

Any tuner with a lot of experience with the Greddy will tell you to get the Greddy Pressure Sensor.

It's more accurate under boost than the stock sensor because the stock was never designed for that purpose....

It's not really a pressure sensor though, it's an adapter with a nipple for the hose to protect the stock from boost.

I am not sure about that. I didn't use that in my setup, my tuner advised against it.

No. It's there to protect the sensor from spikes in boost. An orifice controls rate, not pressure. It helps smooth the map out.
