Chris can I increase the boost with the e-manage ult to 15psi and keep my map sensor or will I need another? If so which one works the best with the ult?

Couldnt you just lengthen the intake pipe so it goes down into the fender?

yup, you could. That's how the Cwest/Design Craft car did it on the original setup. These are old pictures, when they were still using the T518Z :
