'06 Soft Top Problem

have you tried putting it up and then letting it down again? that usually fixes it.

My car did this too when it was brand new.
Once you have lowered the top as far as it will go raise it a few inches then try lowering it again. It will go all the way down. Your top is still 'new' stiff. Give it a few weeks of raising/lowering and then issue will go away.

Like many have said, take it back to the dealer, if needed show them pictures(like on this board showing the 3 06z), and have them do there job. It is under warranty, and it is been a problem. Take it to the manager if needed, and go in with the knowledge you received from this board so they do not jerk you around. Good Luck
