googone is magic.

Barring that, try the 3M adhesive remover wheel. It attaches to your drill- expensive product, but the right tool for the job.

good luck

Goo gone/claybar would be a good idea.

Agreed on #1 and #3, haven't tried #2. Goo-Gone didn't work on my 13 year old 00 badges. Follow up with clay bar and orbital polisher.

Well time to go pro, you gonna need a real buffer machine and a really fine robbing, 3m sells small cans or 1-2-3 steps robbing, you will need to get #2 step and a foam wheel for the buffer, it will take all the impurities off the paint, is really easy to do, I did my whole car and it was my first time ever.using that kind of equipment. There should be some videos on YT bout it so u can get an idea. Otherwise u will have to take it to the shop...

Seconded. Goo Gone didn't work for mine (11 year old emblems).

Another problem you run in to is the paint underneath the emblem is actually a different shade because it hasn't ever seen weather. After a few months it's not noticeable but no matter how much buffing/waxing you do in that area you will see the faded remnants of your emblem for a while.

I ended up using a very abrasive towel, florida sunlight, and most of the skin off my both my hands to get mine off. At the end of the day; i successfully removed all the tape. Turns out I also ended up removing some of the paint too. That tape they use is no joke when it has 10+ years to adhere to the car.
