I would start looking at Flashpro, version conflict, as a possible culprit. I've read of issues where uploading a firmware file from an older version using a newer version of Flashpro causes instability; as an example, not saying you did this.

Are you on the latest FP manager software? Was your current tuned file created on the same version as what you are uploading with to your ECU? Etc.

Just a thought.

Assuming you're on Flashpro...I think you are...

Here's an example where his immobilizer seemed to have been disabled(same green key blinking) after flashing his car with FP.

Hondata found an issue/glitch in software, fixed it and issue went away. I would look there first.
Hope this helps.

Helps a bunch, I did use the Hondata device on a different computer when making the tune and uploaded it with another computer, but thought they were the same version. Its work a try though and another way to troubleshoot.

By the way, same thing happened with my Haltech. It was done tuning then I was mucking around with the TPS settings on my laptop which was running and older version and almost got stranded when it wouldn't detect the flex fuel sensor (I had e85 in there). Definitely make sure you are using the same version always.

Finally, some aero balance...

Car is super dirty. It's been sitting outside without moving since the Dover Tour.

I went ahead and ordered a haltech and starting the process of converting the car over to a cable throttle. I doubt the car will be ready by Nationals and at this point, rushing the car for 2 remaining events isn't worth it to me.

I'm going on Sunday. I think he's still going to pain it on Saturday. Also had him make a 4" version that I'm going to use at the track.
