I went to see an 02 S2000 from a private seller and while I was looking for matching VIN on the body panels, every VIN matched except the front bumper which was a complete different number. I asked the owner if the car had been in previous accidents and he says its a clean title car. He also showed me the carfax report form a few years ago and showed a clean history. The car is really clean and mint and he doesn't drive it hard (he's an older guy). Low miles (about 60k) with new tires. He's asking 13,500 which I think its a bit high. I want to offer him around 12-12.5k...?

 

I'm buying this car today. I already checked it and its as beautiful as the owner says it is. we're meeting up today to get payment and title signed off to my bank

Only defects I see from the pics is jdm red emblems, steering wheel seems to have emblem painted red and a k&n intake.

No, too expensive. Look one post above you--some guy bought a 2005 with 7,000 miles for $18,000.

For that 2005 from the dealer, try to aim for $15-16.

planning to buy 04-up s2000 and i found a red 07 72k for 17 or 17.5 out the door tax title everything is that a good deal everything stock with oem lip one owner everything is in good condition??? also it still have warranty 100k or 2014

 

i picked up my 03 with 70k for 13 and my friend picked up a 02 with 55k-ish for 12k a month later.

 

How about a 2005 S2000 with 24.5k miles for $16500? Can I go lower?
