I'd say go for it. My 06 was around the same price with 36.5k on it.

05 NFR with 44.7k with a top in excellent shape, body in very good condition, brand new tires, wheel locks, drives great for $15,500. Good deal?

I need some advice. I found an 08 S2000 black on black with 30k miles on it (Certified Used). They are asking 24700 for it, but I wanted to know what a good price for the vehicle would be. Its only flaw is that it has a slit in the convertible top. I was thinking of offering 22,500 and having them replace the top completely for no additional charge? Does that sound like I am over paying for the car? Other than that, the car is perfect.

I also was wondering if anyone has gotted the bumper to bumper extended out to 100k. Is it worth it? And do you know if the convertible tops are covered in the 100k b2b warranty?

Thanks for you help and advice...Hopefully I'll own my first S2K by the end of the week.

Wes
Yea 22.5k should be a good offer if you get them to replace the top.

And I don't know anything about the convertible top :/

Good advice. Also, as long as the tear is minor and has been fixed properly, then that's not a bad deal at all. You just need to know the tear is a permanent fix, and the rest of top is good, so you don't get stuck replacing the top in the near future. You might want to see if you can get him a bit lower, (can't hurt) but if everything checks out, then go for it. Good luck!!
