I should clarify that the Honda Of Dulles car is $15,999.00. After fee's, taxes, processing it comes to 17k.

Technically the car is selling for 16k. Would 15k be more appropriate?

What would be a good price for a clean (from pics) 2008 bb w/ 20k on the odometer? I tried using edmunds, nada and KBB, but the values seem very high and can't make an educated offer. I have yet to see the car, but wanted to walk in with an offer...

The dealer told me he can do it for $20,200NFR, but would fine tune the deal once I went in to make me happy. What's with these prices? I feel like this is too expensive and I'm not sure how to talk them down. The end of the month is next Wednesday, so should I go in on Monday/Tuesday to try to work with him? So far we're only communicating through emails and I haven't actually seen the car in person since it's 2 hours away upstate.
