Another data point for you: 2002 silver with red interior with 70k miles. 2 owner with all vin stickers and newer top, tires, and brakes for $11,200. I bought it on Dec.

Unfortunately I am not taking the Volk E30s with the car ... he offered em for an extra 1000 bucks but that's crossing my budget

 

Sounds like a great deal, tell him 12.8k and he will probably say no, then tell him ok fine 13k. 13 sounds about right.

 

Another data point, MY00 with 22,171 miles every factory option and every dealer receipt from the original owner with one small scratch $15,500 in the mist of summer. I wouldn't say I could a great deal, but I sure love my s2000.

By the way, $13,500 is a good price, make it a great price at $13,000 (Pull the, it's Winter time and RWD, bad for cold weather), depending on your location
