I would purchase the best car based off of mechanical soundness, physical appearance and price. Those additional items are just that, additional items that are nice to have but no where needed.

I would think missing Master Key, Remote, Valet Key is important, not sure if those stuffs can be replaced (or expensive to replace)
Stuff like Key number card.. I don't even know what it is so I'm not sure :S
But it is true that, as long as the car is in good shape, those things should not matter much

Remember your not getting a new car. Used cars don't always come with everything it did when it was new.

Sounds like you are focusing on the wrong details.

Get the car in the best shape mechanically, and cosmetically. All the other stuff is just a bonus.

The radio code is a biggie people never have. When I bought mine years ago, I had the dealer call Honda to get it. I wrote it down and taped to the inside of the glove compartment door. Keys can be had for about $100-200 usually. OEM wheel locks are a dime a dozen. Seats locks were never offered by Honda, but by a user on here. If you find a car with seat locks and no key, good luck. The keys are sold in batches and I think it would be difficult to find the key that fits. Owners manuals and vert top covers can be had on ebay easily. Nobody really cares about window stickers unless you have some special/rare car that you plan to auction and you want to increase the value by a few bucks. I dont have my window sticker and I couldnt care less. As long as I have the keys Im happy

I'm missing a master key and remote. It's really annoying, but not enough for me to spend the money to get a replacement yet. If you're buying from the dealer, insist that they cut/program a replacement key. As far as remotes go, I think you can get one off eBay and then just reprogram them yourself.

The radio anti-theft car is just a plastic car with a number that you use to unlock your radio if you lose battery power. It looks like the image below. Stock radio isn't that good so the missing code shouldn't be an issue. You should replace it and got a Modifry Dash Control Interface.

Honda has the owner's manual online in a pdf format. Not the most convenient PDF, but at least you can look stuff up.

Which year(s) are you looking at?

A specific roller coaster at Cedar Point taught me that the master key costs $150 to make.

Ok, thanks for the input guys
I was sorta worried when all the car dealers seem to be missing a piece or two. Seems like everything can be replaced so it's a relief to know.
I'll just go with the mechanically best vehicle!

Oem Lip
Freshly painted front bumper

Perfect compression and well documented maintenance, no engine modifications.

He wanted 13 obo for it completely stock. We agreed on 15k for everything.

This seemed like a fair deal to me after looking for 6 months. What do you think?
I am really curious as to what you guys think of this deal! Anyone?

This deal is pretty good considering a lot of bone stock 2004 with 80,xxx miles have been listed for around 15k. Now factor in the Oem Hardtop which sales for at least $2800. If the coilovers are relatively new and the rest of the mods are in good condition then that should add around 1500. SInce the car checks out mechanically i would say go for it. Goodluck
