In overall 'good' shape. The usual scuffs/chips from an 11 year old car. Front bumper just got repainted due to rock chips. Car runs fine mechanically, soft top has no tears, etc. Buyer wants $10,000 - thoughts?

Thanks
That's too many miles for my liking, even if it is in good shape.

I don't see the VIN stickers on the left panel from the under the hood shot. The side blinkers have been changed to clear, the S2000 emblems removed, carpet changed to black, new head unit installed, CAI, etc. Too much shit going on here for my tastes, but then again I'm pretty anal about having something 100% stock. Head unit I can understand but there is no way of knowing how well the black carpet was installed. Was it as good as a factory job? Also, maybe it's just not showing well from the angle but the missing VIN sticker on the panel is a huge negative for me.

This is one I would have to go see in person to look for overspray.
Good eye, I didn't notice the missing vin sticker under the hood, nor did I think about the mismatching black carpet.

Another good reason to always get a buyer's inspection, because a reputable dealership/shop should catch this, whereas the average buyer (myself included) may miss this, especially before checking the car out in person.

Any thoughts on this?

^^

Instead of spending my money on reconditioning, I'd pay more up front for something like this:

If properly cared for and garaged, etc., it will hold its value much better, so the extra money spent on the car will pay itself off.

guess it doesn't matter, dude refuses to give me the vin lmao. Thinks I'm going to steal his car with it or something.

Then he must not be too serious about selling his car. I would pass on any and every car where the owner isn't willing to provide the vin.

2002
73,000 miles
Stock other than lowering springs

Yellow in color, which I'm not entirely sure about. Seems to be in good condition other than the usual 12 year old car wear. Still on orig clutch / motor / tranny.

$11,700 fair price?

If the car is not salvage title, has most of its ViN tags and checks out mechanically it's a very fair price.

im about to offer 11 on one with 93k miles same year but GPW, so you got 20k less miles for around the same price. Yellow is a pretty bright color though wouldn't be my first choice but to each their own.

2007 NFR wth 103xxx miles. Top is immaculate. Overall condition is really, really good. Exterior has a few (<5) chips in paint from driving. Interior has usual wear on seats and steering wheel. Only thing is it has an a/f gauge that isn't hooked up, and the audio controls don't work, I suspect from the A/F gauge install.

Asking price is 15750. It's a little more miles than I wanted, but I feel it's in good condition. Haven't had a PPI done, yet. But no obvious issues from the test drive.
