^Thought you were selling your S due to getting a company car but now you're buying one? Haha.

I wouldn't be happy paying more than 13 maybe 14k for a car with that many miles on it (relatively.)

Of course you can go for the one at Pleasanton Automall, 04 with 40k miles for $22k, ouch...

Or this one, an 04 with 111k miles in Marin (of course it comes with the 7 seat and sliding door mods )

Look around and I'm sure you'll find a better car for less money. Especially if you buy private you can "save on taxes"...

I think a fellow forum member might have traded this car in or sold it to Calidad motors on Monument Blvd in Concord. I remember seeing this same car on craigslist as it had a peculiar signature on the Radio Cover Panel. Everything is stock just like I like it. Dealer asking 16,900. Total will come to 18,300. 2004 Silver AP2 112K Miles Black Interior Soft top is in good condition. Straight body with no scratches or dents. Just some paint chips on front bumper. Stock everything. *One ride was all it took to convert me into an S2K fan. Hoping to upgrade from my current 2 seater. [/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG]

Thanks for the heads up! Will probably hold out till the end of the year!

Hello,

I inquired about a GPW before, but ended up not getting that. Instead I bought a Silverstone Metallic 05. Just want to see what everyone thinks this car is worth.

2005 S2000 silverstone metallic
Chassis mileage: 45,000
engine mileage: 20,000 (yes, there was an engine swap from a stolen and recovered S2000. I quadriple-verified that the engine wasn't the stolen part though.)
Overall it's pretty clean, other than minor chips and dents from the freeway. New OEM Soft top.

Only aftermarket parts are:
1. Koyorad Radiator
2. ACT Clutch

I paid $16,000. What do you guys think?

-EDIT: Spelling-

This popped up. No personal financial interest.

I love the description. Low miles. LOL.

If all the VIN stickers are present all the way around the car and it passes inspection it seems like a fairly solid deal.

Seems like a pretty decent listing, guy hits all the points well. It's been driven a fair bit, but so was mine when I sold it. It's probably on the low side for an Ap1 in good condition. Take a look. Would be a fun toy.

It gets my recommendation if it checks out. 2003 was a good year. 126k is a lot but judging by the condition of the interior, paint, and top it was taken care of. Any S under 10k is worth consideration, and this one look good, if it drives right and has a clean carfax, I say go for it.

127k ain't no thang! S2000s are proving to be quite reliable into old age. I didn't have a single hiccup until 196,600 miles when a coil pack died. Other minor issues have been leaking TCT gasket ($1.50 fix), and cracked differential mounts.
