Yea no way in hell I would buy that unless you are looking to rebuild the car yourself then it wouldnt matter, but it being from miami as well it will have rust.

I don't know about Florida, but in Cali you can find an AP1 with around 100k miles for around 8k-10k. Personally, I wouldn't touch that s2k because of the fact that it is turbo'd. The Corvette isn't my flavor either, but it's your money, do what you want with it.

Sounds about right given no details. I'd pay $16,000 for it if there are no cosmetic issues.

Umm, can you please explain this? People buy cars from FL / Cali because of the lack of rust...yes there's salt in the sea, but doesn't mean we drive in the sea.

Clean title. All stock. The car has a new(er) top with the ugly plastic window, not a fan. Red/black interior, seats are decent. Pioneer head unit. Car drives perfectly and it's tight; doesn't even need shocks.

One thing that I noticed when I started the car and popped the hood was that the F20 was eerily quiet with almost zero valvetrain noise. I confirmed my suspicion of an issue during the test drive; the valves were way too tight. There is a night and day difference in power below 6k in this one and my 02', which pulls noticeably harder on the low cam (02' ecu notwithstanding). Valve cover bolts have never been wrenched. The 90K service (fluids) was performed and a new clutch installed, which works flawlessly btw. I mentioned the tight valves (which I can adjust in less than an hour, nbd), the oil bolt upgrade, and glass-windowed top upgrade that I'd need to perform to update it to spec with my 02' (the top is personal preference, not a bargaining tool for the purchase). I told the guy I'd think about it as I needed to check out another S first, but I may be leaning toward it now without checking out the other S. The only cosmetic flaw on the exterior is a small thumb-sized dent on the front fender.

Worth ~11k?

Found these "deals" on autotraders. The first ad can also be found on Columbia, SC craigslist. The weird thing on the 04 is that it has AP1 exhausts. Can someone check these out? Thanks

The CR is on point. The 05' is a bit low priced for the mileage, but some people don't know or have enough sense to realize what they have. It does happen from time to time. . If you are truly looking to buy one of the ones you linked, buy the 05. But you could get a low mileage mint AP1 for that price and have the real S
