I immediately put a rubber vaccum line plug over the spike. It remains on and doesn't interfere with latching. I don't know why they didn't coat with plastic to begin with. For what its worth!

Looks sick. You had your chance for a single cap.

Congrats StylinHonda on the new car.

In case anyone hasn't seen it, here's a link to my CR build blog: http://www.timeattackforums.com/blogs/entry-31-6.html

Just bought an 08 s2000 CR with no Radio or AC and love it (even though it doesnt rev to 9K.) I was wondering if any of you know if it is or is not wired for a radio? Ill post pics soon.

Congrats on the car!

It's not wired. Well, at least when I pulled the radio door I didn't see any harness or anything.

Was there a "trick" to pulling that radio door? It has so far baffled me and I don't want to snap anything. My AP1 was easy by comparison.

The only thing I had to do different from my AP1 was pull the center console. Gives you that little bit of extra room. I think I had to pull harder as well. Don't forget to unlatch the airbag sensor light too.

I think I just haven't pulled hard enough then. I'll wait for a warmer day... Plastic likes to snap when cold..
