I'm thinking about geting a used top and motor from a S and installing it on the CR. Not sure if i could or not?? I love the hard top but it is my only draw back about the CR is not having a way to take the top off bymyself with ease and living in a apartment does not help out

You'll have to loose the extra bracing that is back there. Plus, I don't know if the proper wiring harness is even back there. Not worth it imo.

Just get the winch thing for the ceiling if you have a garage at the complex!

I think i finnaly figured out my window problem.
It happend again the other day while driving so i checked what i was doing. It seems that the way i sit halfway presses down the window lock. Its not enough to engage it but somtimes its just enough to make the window not work untill its been reset. Ive got enough damage done to my knees that i cant feel when im pushing it. At least now i know im not going crazy lol.

It takes a lot more than just the top and the motors as I have found out with my own project to retrofit a soft top to my CR. I wanted to have it done for Mod day, but that's not happening. I'll post my project when done, but if you have questions before then, PM me.

Ran the Club Racer at Putnam Parks opening event with the 100 Speed Club (lapping day).

Had incar video all day. I took a segment, compressed it, and uploaded it to YouTube for all to see.

So if you would like to take a lap with me in the CR around Putnam Park.... click here:

oh i did get him.
forced the pass out of turn 4. it was a 997 Carrera S with some GT3 add-ons.
Beautiful Porsche. Owner was a great guy.

I decided to cut the edit just short of the overtake. Purpose was to simply show the S2K in action on a clean lap.

I have plenty of footage. I'll edit some more clips and post later.

Great footage! Thanks for posting.

What's a good tire pressure you guys have used for DD and then track/autox use?
