New ECU car wont start...

I would first suggest a class in how to spell in English. The second thing I would suggest is taking it to the dealer.

You need to take it to the dealer. Have with you the car (with ECM installed-i.e. "ECU"). Bring your keys both Master (black) and Valet (Grey) if you have them. Also make sure your dealer has a PGM Tester which is equiped with an immobilizer program card (many are not). Any key not "learned" during this rewrite procedure will be useless.

P.S. If your dealer doesn't know the menu is in the PGM tester under "IMMOBI" sub-menu. Not a screen accessed everyday

I just have to ask. Why are you swapping ECUs?
Also, if you have the VIN for the ECU, that would be very helpful. The Honda dealer will need that too if I remember correctly. That is how they get the codes needed to reprogram the keys.
