oh i will, you dont worry about that.

i recently found out that you cant just bolt a SC kit up to your car. you have to bolt it up to a STOCK car, and if you use aftermarket exhausts it will cause lean conditions. thats gay. i used to have a closet SC fetish, but now i am going ITBs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Uh oh...what have I done?!?

Screaming peak power? That's what wildcard thought too and look what happened. Mid-range on a SC? What's that about? The mid-range is whack. You don't make any decent power on a SC until you hit redline.
...Version's got the opened up exhaust to get that top end that I couldn't...his car with ITB's is gonna be sick.

Are you kidding me? A turbo S2000 will PWNT an EVO from a roll.
A stock S2k will give an Evo a run for it's money

Turbo... it's going to be beat like a drunken abusive father beats his wife after not cleaning the house and having supper prepared in advance!

i just dont want to boost my s2k. it just seems wrong. i know it's cliche but the when the words N.A are mentioned the s2000 are almost always mentioned first. its the cars "bag baby." with EMS/Jenvey ITBs/my 70mm/4.44's and a trip to tq freaks in portland i am willing to bet i will be more than able to scare the shit outta some CTSC guys. hell right now i do and i am still hardly modded. if i can take .5 off my quarter(i bet on better tyres i could tickle 13.4's with my current setup) and run 13.0-12.9 with a NA 2.0 then i'll be more than happy. the next step, 2.4L stroker and i'll see you at 300whp WITHOUT the hairdryer hanging off the head.

Mine is in "limp mode" right now It looks like complete hell. My door panels are in my closet (I'm getting a bunch of custom interior stuff done) and I have my passenger seat in my living room. My rear bumper is still damaged and my rear 1/4 needs to be popped out by a body shop. My hood and passenger's fender need to be realigned and massaged some because the hood closes awkwardly and on top of my front bumper in one spot! It hasn't been washed in over a a month (and detailing is one of my 3 jobs!) and my 4.77s are coming out sometime this week so it's going to be horribly slow (sorry to all you stockers out there but it's true!).

I'm leaving for Germany on Sunday (17th) for two weeks. When I return on the 1st, I'm having a hardcore month of fixing my car and getting my damn turbo kit in which is sitting in the corner of my room. Every time I walk into my room I see 5K worth of car parts sitting on the floor and it's killing me All I need is an intercooler, misc. charge pipes, and some AEM sensors for my serial gauge which is en route to me right now.

Thanks for asking, I had to vent some.

You should easily beat an average driver with supercharger setup with all of that. With my previous setup I was about even with the SC guys. They'd reel me at redline but low/midrange I was able to pull in gears 1-3

If you get similar gains to wildcard's ITB's, you'll be at 240 most likely with your peak. With the massive midrange and gears, it's bye bye supercharger! The good drivers at the drag strip you'll be even with (you're correct at very high 12s if you can hook up) but the average Joe's will be wasted if they don't know how to keep their car boosting at all times.

I can certainly respect your goals and admire your desire to stay N/A. All I am saying is that it gets VERY expensive to make good power past a certain point. Based on the mod list you stated, you still have a fair amount of mods to do which will cost you a pretty penny. I have no doubt that you will OWN most CTSC guys, but keeping it real a CTSC isn't all that. Like I mentioned before, you don't make a respectable amount of power until redline. Sure, the car may be more "streetable" but a turbo S2000 will eat it alive.

Your 1320 times are VERY impressive. Without hesitation you are a GREAT driver and your S is making very good power.
