the Official "NA Tuning" thread
yeah i got the gears. the car feels a lot better 100% of the time. i drove to work this morning and for a second i was at almot 5k rpm. that was a little annoying but ill get used to it. i was in 6th and every instinct i have was telling me to shift to the next gear. i think this is a great mod for those of us who cant make 230whp. i mean lets face it even if you do the exact mods as jdm or any of the high hp guys, you proooooobably aint gonna put down more than 210 especially on a mustang dyno. so this is a good mod for those of us whose f20's arent blessed from the factory.

Version and I are making about the same about of rwhp, I have the 4.56 FD, and can tell you first hand that this combination of decent power and the gears is great. I cannot wait to get a CTSC to really compliment the gears.
I know, we're starting to be the "old timers" of N/A tuning
BTW, my ITB's should be in sometime this week
I have to put off putting them in though, I took my car yesterday down to diagnose a nasty popping noise from the right front of the car...turns out both my bushings at the rear of my front lower control arms are shot. Honda won't sell the bushings alone, you need to buy the whole lower control arms at $250 a pop! J's website shows spoon polyurathane suspension bushings for the AP1 though, so I might be getting a set of those soon...if I ever hear back from them!
