May set up is tuned, but not dynoed i half to think its in the 260-270 range, im not to sure though. lets put it this way i punched in third at 40 in the rain and was staring at median. In 1st gear in the dry if you puch it you half to correct it to keep it straight!!
I have been following this thread for quite some time. I am very interested in what everyone is doing and the results they are getting. There is also a lot of good information and I thank those who are supplying it.

My only problem with this thread is that there is a lot of speculation and not much proof. Who has dynoed their mods and can post dyno charts. Butt dyno readings are worthless to me.

White - good point. I did't know you needed new pistons for Spec B and C cams. Thanks for the replies! Can't wait to see your dyno.
I e-mail toda regarding about their Spec B & C's cams. They stated that stock piston with the proper valve springs & retainers will work just fine. Now if you want to adjusted the cams then they recommend you to upgrade your piston with the toda piston that they offer with your vehicles.

I honestly, would stay away from cams. The stock cams are so refine already that you can't really improve the power gains from running a bigger durations lobe cams.

If you want power be like me and become a sale out.

My set up:
Hondata intake gasket
Comptech SC 5.5psi stock level
J's header
T1R 70R or J's 70RR really debating. 1000 T1R 28lbs vs 1400 J's 70RR 10lbs? LOL
Rick's 4.56 gears
ORC clutch with 10lb flywheel.

LETS rock baby!

update:

i installed my berk tech TP afterwork today. connected to my spoon n1 the berk makes it have its own primal scream! wow! it sounds like tital R1000 to me. as far as power gains: car feels much stronger around 4500-5500rpm. i am sure as the ecu makes adjustments the car will feel ever better. thanks to wyatt for another painless sale, i now have a v2 vfac and i am ready to tune. i will post dyno numbers most likely after the new year. i expect 220rwhp. we'll she what she puts down!

Well...here is my update...on monday I got the EMS tuned at Church Automotive (Ultimate Lurker) and it came out great. The S2k ended up putting down 235rwhp @8250rpm and 163ft/lb @6200rpm. VTEC was also lowered to 5400rpm, I though we could go lower, but he tried it at 5300rpm and even at just that difference you could see an ever so small torque dip at 5300rpm where as at 5400 it was smooth. So that was the magic number for my car. Now this is on a dynapack dyno so the numbers are a little high. I should be just around 225rwhp on a dynojet maybe slightly lower, but I'm still a little higher then I was expecting to be. This was also on oil that was just ready for a change, which may account for another 1hp or 2...but either way I'm not trying to chase down numbers here, just showing you guys around where I'm at. So basically simply upgrading to a 70mm exhaust should get me right at the 230 mark. A J's header and TB on top of that will get me over it, and with the headwork, compression increase, cooling mods, and maybe intake manifold I think I could easily see 240whp+ on a dynojet which is only another 15hp.

Anyway, the car feels great and I'm very happy with the results...I haven't scanned the graphs in yet, but I will try and get that done tomorrow or friday.

Merry Christmas

Yep those are my mods currently...they are also in my sig which is quite a few posts up. One thing that isn't in that list (on page 2) is an ACT HD Pressure plate...not that it adds hp but it is there
