^ dam thats nice. On the graph it says testpipe and exhaust?
yea, but in his writup in the header thread, he clarifies that the header was the only change between the 2 dyno plots.

Yea, no shit. I'll do exhaust first, but that pretty much slaughtered the comptech header's dyno I was drooling over....

That header + the 70mm sparrow, my midrange should rival Justin's, if not beat him, and throw me well over 230 peak.

That dyno of the J's header is my buddy Mervin's...he dyno'd in the same conditions as he did with the exhaust/testpipe which is a J's 63mm btw.

This is why I'm considering the J's header, however, I'm not sure how well that will work with a dual exhaust? Does it need an exhaust that flows more air? Will it perform similarly paired with a Mugen SS ehxaust?

I put the approximate prices of each header at the end of their description. The J's is one of the more pricey pieces, around $1200.

I'm sure that to get the maximum benefit from any header, the exhaust following it must be as free flowing as possible. Some duals should work good with it, but most singles will rock.

So, he has a J's 63mm exhaust, J's header and XXX testpipe and made 202.8rwhp? If that is the case, keeping it real those aren't great numbers.
was thinking the same thing, but then again he must have had really low numbers stock. I have seen people post that they get aound 185whp when they were stock.

His AFR's suck, and he's an early model AP1, so his stock dyno must have been pretty low. His midrange gains are great...he could defenately use a tune though. Above 8000 rpm, his AFR dips below 12, and plummets almost to 11 by the time he's finished. There's alot more power to be made out of his car, for sure.
