You know the Black Center on the IC looks MUCH MUCH better. I say lets get a photoshop of wrinkle red to match the valve cover.
Actually the elbows and barrel are at the PC shop today getting a black texture finish to match the rest of the bits and pieces. Should have them back tomorrow.

Got the barrel and elbows back from powdercoat - think they look much better this way. Have to sort out a little high RPM belt slippage and then off to the dyno. Running a pretty flat 11.5 to 11.9 A/F so the dyno should be done on Saturday as planned.

try using a gatorback belt and scuffing up the supercharger pulley (sandpaper) to get more "traction" haha. I had to deal with slippage in my jackson racing sc integra.

Is the S2000 kit using the same 6 rib SOT/BRP pulleys as the Miata kits? AFAIK recently the SOTSOT/BRP Miata kits had (and probably still have) issues with belt slipping because of the pulleys not being designed/cut correct and causing belt slip. I was expecting SOT redesigned and made new pulleys over the last couple of months but if you see belt slip then probably they haven't.

Check the Miata forums for more info.

Also here is one page showing the flaws in the BRP pulleys and how a correct pulley should look like:

I have access to a TDR pulley - will try that out this week.

Dyno'd today at DynoComp in Scottsdale, AZ. Only had time to dyno the IC kit, plus it was 90 degrees and I do not think the non-IC kit is a suitable option at those temps.

Peak was 317RWHP/211 Torque @ 6.8 PSI. I will post a dyno sheet this evening or in the morning. Had a nice flat torque curve from 3500 to redline ranging from 198 to 211.

Still thinking I am getting some belt slip at higher RPM (even with the TDR nose pulley) - but the boost gauge at DynoComp read a solid 6.8 from 6800 to 9000 on every run. Perhaps I need to move up to bit more pulley ratio.
