have you guys ever had problems with holding boost up top? Just had my car retuned, but it was holding 15psi until around 7k rpm then dropping to 11psi (spring rate in waste-gate). Im running a manual boost controller; so im thinking it could be the waste-gate diaphragm. Any ideas? I ordered a new diaphragm and a 3.7lb spring im going to be adding to the 11.
You can "fix" it with any normal EBC that lets you ramp up duty by RPM. A manual won't cut it. I went from a 7 psi spring to a 14.5 spring and it did the same thing.
What are you temps getting up to? I have the same exact fan/rad setup. Also use the same coolant. I am turbo as well. I heard that there rad caps can be crappy but I have not had an issue with the one they sent me.

My car is overheating slightly at speed. It doesn't overheat at idle. I have a fullblown radiator with fans and I use Honda blue coolant. I've bleed my coolant system more times then I can count so there has to be something else causing this.

i really hope people know what overheating is though. thats the biggest misconception.
Well my car shouldn't be rising two bars (AP2) over normal operating temp when driving around. It gets hotter if I am doing any "spirited driving". Even at stead speed above 60 it jumps around. I guess I can't really say anything until I get my laptop hooked up.
do you run stand alone? if so which one, if aem v1, do you use modifry temp driver? reason i ask is i run aem v1 with modifry, and it changes the temp gauge scale. def hook your laptop up asap. the stock gauge doesnt budge from 180-225ish for reference. that is considered normal.
