You probably have a mechanical boost gauge if you are having to hook it into a vacuum port. An electronic boost gauge reads from the ecm or map sensor.
Correct. I have mechanical Boost. I want to know how to get a boost gauge to read/hook up off the map sensor.
Buy an electronic boost gauge...

ok. so it is a different unit. got it.

Also, installed catchcan today since my dipstick is popping completely off. Ran it from PCV, to can, then back to Intake Manifold. Didn't resolve my issue. Guessing because under boost the PCV is closed, still keeping pressure in. IDeas on how to re route. Ive ben reading past couple days and there are so many ways to route it but havent figured it out.

The only temps you will see drop is the radiant temps and maybe engine bay heat slightly. That said, I am going to be wrapping mine soon as well as my manifold.

Sorting out my vacuum lines and how to run them....So should I tap my Turbo for a fitting to run a vacuum line to the bottom of my wastegste or can I pull it from manifold? Top port will go to my boost solenoid then solenoid to intake manifold? Then the bov to intake manifold... what's the best way?

You'll want to run your wastegate lines as close to the turbo as possible for faster boost response.

This. Either tap the turbo or the charge pipe connecting to the turbo. This is the way I routed my mac solenoid.

Thanks,so I don't need any vacuum line from the intake manifold to the wastegate? Just tap the Turbo and tee it?

Yup! And the vacuum line for the blow off valve is best routed to the intake manifold.
