Vent your hood:

Also consider this. Spend an extra $500 now or potentially $5000 later with a blown engine.

How recommended would it be for me to install ARP headstuds at ~450WHP? I'm trying to avoid cracking open the engine if possible, and of course am trying to shave down the cost of my turbo build where appropriate, but if it would make my build significantly safer/more reliable it's something I'd do.

I got mine from a shop somewhat local that is distributor for Ron Davis. A lot cheaper than buying direct.

Part number I am using is 1a-1120a-1. It's a 22 x 13 core. I believe the oem size is about 25 x 14. I got the one with -16an fittings, but they have the original outlet/inlet option. the outlet/inlet are on the driver side which makes plumbing super easy. And for that price, it comes with a fan shroud and Spal fan. I have issues getting my car up to temp.

I think the OE is 26.75" from tank to tank and 17.75" tall. How did you fill the gaps? or did you?

They answered today and said they have many options. I'll send them that part number and see what they say.
