I may be joining the BSP game as well since I gain a fair amount with header/exhaust mods. Probably running on 17" wheels with probably 275/35-17' front/295/35-17 rear. I will also be looking at the RS-1's but it may be tough up front.

I'm out of date, are you referring to the issues with the OSG diff's? If so, did their revised version not end up fixing it?

Pretty sure regardless of manufacturer, diffs are going to be an issue with an s2k on BSP size A6's.

i believe the strength of the oem ap1 in particular casing is in question. Bearing caps and low strength eventually will end your ring and pinions life... The OSG issue was resolved

So....lots of talk in here, but no real discussion on aero. You guys planning on doing it?

No Aero planned at first. Most tests I have seen from the Miatas and SSP cars offer very little useable data. Aero for autox seems like more of "I think the cars is faster" type of mod. That said, I'm running a CR front lip. I'm sure aero helps the much lighter mod cars tho.

As for the diff, simply don't launch unless you have to. The AP2 housing is much stronger and a properly built diff will last longer. Even the strong diffs built for drag racing are rebuilt frequently.
