The reason why I haven't used a rear bar is simply because the car sucks monkey balls with it on. I've tried to like it, I really have - it just makes the car so horrendous mid corner (won't put power down) and so skittery that it just comes right back off after 2 runs.
I like how a bar makes the car feel in quick transitions, but don't need THAT MUCH bar in the back in my S2000. I love the big bar with my CRX, but that car is completely backwards. LOL

FYI - here's a place that sells spline/arm (NASCAR) type sway bars from under 100 #/in on up. They have metal bushings and other components as well.

Nice find on the nascar style bars!
Since I don't actually have an s2k yet, I can't measure. I assume you'd need to get the unbent spline and bend it in a custom fashion? Or would their standard one fit?

They also sell offset arms so there is a good chance you could just buy stuff off the shelf.
Well they're saying it should be heat treated after bending if you don't buy one of their pre-bent pre-heat treated ones. I'm not sure exactly what they mean by that. Just go at it with a propane torch for a little bit? Or something more complex?

When I talked to Speedway they said there would be no problem with not heat treating it.
If you want to heat treat it - write on it with a 900F Marker and then heat it up until the marks disappear - then quench in oil.
On second thought a torch won't do it, it really needs to be even and controlled in my mind. It's 4130 steel so that means probably a 1600 degree furnace. It really depends on how much heat treating they're looking for
Edit: I don't pretend to know much about heat treating so I'm just throwing out numbers from a glance at the ASM handbook.

they is speedway, on that page they say "They are available pre-bent and heat treated with a 3 ¼” offset ( see picture below ) or you can buy them unbent, bend them yourself and have them heat-treated locally."
