yes and yes. I'll ask him this weekend when I see him.
We are currently investigating modifying the current 01 RSB, but I would prefer an inexpensive and lighter weight bar back there.

anyone else hear we are about to get hit pretty hard on our pax number? We had some local talking about it at the last event.
str did take 3,4 and 8 in pax locally. Although 3 and 4 are both great drivers and number 8 (me) lucked out

So... has any one done anything with a lighter and less stiff rear sway bar?
Early AP1 ('00-'01):
F: 28.2x5.0mm (P/N: 51300-S2A-003)
R: 27.2x5.3mm (P/N: 52300-S2A-013)
Late AP1 ('02-'03):
F: 26.5x4.5mm (P/N: 51300-S2A-013)
R: 27.2x4.5mm (P/N: 52300-S2A-J01)
AP2:
F: 26.5x4.5mm (P/N: 51300-S2A-023)
R: 25.4x4.5mm (P/N: 52300-S2A-J02)
Anything smaller than the smallest AP2 rear bar that would have to be smaller than 1" and 0.177" wall to be less stiff. Speedway Nascar bars are available as small as 3/4" and 7/8" but they are solid. The smallest turned down 1-1/4" hollow bar is 0.91" with a 0.75" ID= 0.160" wall. Not sure if it would be worth it.
They can do as small as 5/8 or 3/4 solid but it would be special order. Then it would be looking at making the arms, or having Gendron look into it. I am not under my car but is there room to add a softer hole in the stock bar and still be able to use the stock endlinks?
