My '02 did it intermittently about 10 times when it was less than a month old. Suddenly the problem cured itself and it's been fine for a year now.

emc2's autoloc mod fixes the problem permanently for $75. thats the route I took.

I had the same problem on my '01. Honda replaced the window regulator and it's been fine ever since. Does your auto-down feature still work?

You can also try doing a search for "resetting power window switch". You might be able to fix the problem yourself with this little trick.
