I can only offer you an opinion... If you are okay with purchasing a car with over 100K, then I do think this price seems fair...

Based on what I paid for my car, and using the +/- $1,000 for favorable year and mileage that a lot of people use here on the forum, I'd say that the car could justify a $1,000 over what he's asking...

But again...that's only an opinion based on the deal (or lack of a deal) that I got on my car...

In any case, it doesn't seem like a price that is out of whack...

appreciate it man ! and for me yes the miles did matter but then i thought you know what, i'm buying it to enjoy it and drive the shit out of Not to keep it in the garage all the time. I went and looked at it today , based on a visual check everything seemed amazing, Lets wait till i take it to a shop though ...fingers crossed

The owner tells me:
Rebuilt engine due to bent valve and from the 2nd owner possibly mishitting.
3rd owner, bought Honda certified used in 2008 with 60k miles.
Most (if not all) maintenance records.

Amazing? No. 25K would be fair imo, if the car is really clean. Anything's possible on CL though.

I would say +20k but no more than 27k .. Good price maybe 22k
