What were they thinking other than maintaining Honda's dreadful marketing ("Cog" aside) in Europe for the last 40 years.
harsh but i think i agree, not the most photogenic individual to chose .. maybe they will drop Carper altogether soon?

i dunno whether they do want to sell it.. i want a light, agile family car and this seems the best fit but there arent exactly many (others) about..

VW software issues? who'da thought it?

edit to say Nick, her current shed is worth £5k.. what comfy SUV tank can i get that wont break the bank and will move? thats early adopter pain..there are few options.. ultimately i am spending money on something i really dislike and which physics is working against...

i want a Bronco really

Actually, there IS something about the Bronco/F-150 family...

There is a guy down our lane who had the latter - now has a RAM. Sounds great and I'm impressed he can rumble down it with LHD and all when I grumble that the Leg End is too wide.

No, I can really see the appeal in the details of the Esaregood (Barry Shitpeas' reviews notwithstanding) and am still keen to try one. I'd need something else for journeys, though. With a big V8 I think...

Haha after giving advice not to buy version 1.0 my first car listed in my sig - a MY99 S2000 i.e. version 1.0

But thanks for the info that explains why Nick Graves ALWAYS shows his quite lengthy and no longer funny signature text in full. He doesn't have to see it himself

The problem i have with modern stuff is that it is engineered not to last beyond the warranty / PCP term.

That's actually one positive for EVs - less to go wrong than these Heath Robinson modern ICEs.

PHEV sounds like the automotive equivalent of Queef.

I'll just leave that there.

i think as white goods transport pure electric makes perfect sense, they are inherently simple and efficient as Nick points out.

and we dont do long distances, in this country they are a ball ache imo.. maybe its my relatively central location but that little Honda would get anywhere i have been by car this year...

and it would excel at my day to day shit

hopefully

Indeed - and having a small battery it is actually an efficient EV, unlike these things pointlessly dragging 1/2 tonne around underneath themselves just in case you go to Cornwall.
