I don't think a lightened flywheel will actually make more power.
It doesn't "make" more hp, but may have an impact on whp. Just as lighter wheels can make a difference to whp. The engine has to use hp to spin the flywheel...the lighter it is the less mass it has to put into motion.

And of course another benefit is losing a few pounds off the car.

Helps make power earlier, and increases torque dramatically. I think my flywheel was what was giving me close to 150WTQ at 3500rpm . After that it would drop to around 140's until jumping up to 160' at vtec crossover.

how does it sound vs the T1R 70? I just installed this Exhaust and it is SOO raspy I think im gonna make a For sale thread soon.
T1R70 raspy? what!?!?!?

That exhaust is one of the best sounding exhausts I have heard on ANY car. I miss mine so much

Those type of modifications do not make power (in terms of both rwhp and ft-lbs) but they do "free up" power because they are "lighter" (i.e., less rotational mass).

Did you ever get your turbo kit installed?

On what page can I find original dyno data?

Thanks for the help. sorry, I'm got lazy after page 50

(I saw the graph on page 1, just wondering where I could find the separate originals-thanks again)
