I'm very interested in the new Spoon Venturi 70mm TB. This seems to be a "new" release, and venturi effect has always been a proven way to get some power. I'll probably be going with this TB and port matching my manifold.

most of the 70mm exhaust excluding the T1R are header back so a test pipe is already built in, and I believe the T1R comes with a test pipe if you want to use it.

I think the J's ECU is a mistake honestly, for the money I'd rather have the EMS. The J's ECU is a set program, while the EMS can be programed and tuned for all weather, future mods, and other conditions. EMS seems to be superior over all these fixed replacement ECUs. Most people get the J's or Mugen ECU because they are simple bolt ons that don't have to be tuned, when it comes to changing my motors brain, I'd like to get it tuned into the setup I'm running, I don't like to cut corners, just something to think about before you drop your hard earned money into a piece.

I agree with you in theory, but you need to take some things into consideration: (1) how much are going to do? if you're just doing bolt-ons then AEM is a waste of money. You can get near equivical results with VAFC2....i.e there's only so much you can do. In that situation, I'd say that a VAFC2 or ECU is a better deal.
(2) If you plan to do major headwork than AEM is worthwhile but you absolutely need a good tuner and lots of dyno time i.e. LOTS OF MONEY.
