Sort of. I was under the impression that they came with spherical mounted spring perches, to keep the spring concentrically loaded, but that they still mounted to the chassis using the stock "top hats".

KW make a pillowball mount for the Clubsports. I think you can get it separately.

I'd give Terry at Vorshlag call, I'm sure he can take care of you.

Question for the knowledgeable:

What springs rates should I run for my non-national AP2 build:
17x8 245 star specs (perhaps 6ULR w/255's when they come out)
whiteline front bar 30.4mm solid
stock rear bar
Koni yellow OTS sport valving, GC Hats

spring choices:
340, 380, 440, 550

I'm leaning towards 550/440 based on previous posts and to neutralize at the limit handling.

my other choice is KW V3's for $300 more than the GC/Koni combo, but I rather not mess around with settings too much, just install and drive.

Skip the Ground Controls. Buy Koni sleeves for $280 and pick up 2 used set of springs for $60 a pair.

Go 550/450, no rear bar.

Do your homework on the latest Z4 (which IIRC is in the class) and start writing letters before you spend to much on the class. IIRC on paper that car is heads and shoulders above the class. IMHO the car doesn't belong in the class. Maybe the Older Z4 but not the 08 with the optional 3.0si that makes 255hp.

Think 255 hp (stock)
Add Suspension
Add Wheels
Add REAL LSD
Add Bolt on power goodies and Tune.....

Do the math.

Koni part # 80.0000.1

Just type it into google. Looks like a couple places have them for super cheap. (although I'd buy from an authorized Koni retailer like Performance Shock Inc)

If you don't want to use 2.25" springs - you'll need part # 15.29.04.003.0 as well to convert the perches to 2.5" (you'll need 2 per damper)

Ian - thanks for the heads up on the Z4 - I'll have to do some more research there...
