I kept searching everyweek in a 100 miles radius on autotrader, craigslist, yahoo, etc till one that was worth dealing showed up. There's a lot of S2Ks around, but many have been abused, have high mileage or are way too far from you to deal with. I obviously wanted to see the car in person and drive it. I was lucky that my car's previous owner was an older lady and her brother did the deal for her. He was selling it for 17k and was nice enough to bring it down much lower. Keep looking around, eventually you'll get the one you want.
Patience is not one of my strong character traits. Although, it is much better now than at 21. I'm really dying to become a contributing member and have been chomping at the bit to find me a BB S2k.

Thanks for the response.

I found this white one in SoCal.
2000 GPW w/red interior with 40k miles for $12900.
Condition is very nice, has replaced soft top with glass window.

Just wondering what you guys think my car is worth?

2003 Stock S2000.
24,000 miles
Mint condition.
Garage kept and covered.
Old guy owned, so never raced.
Never seen rain or snow.

I have been offered 12,500 but that seemed low.

I am thinking of selling my S.

2003 Stock
23,500 miles
Garage kept and covered.
Mint condition, still smells new.
Never seen rain or snow.
Old guy owned, so never raced.

I was offered 12,500, but I thought that was low.

3 days ago I bought an 06 with 40,000 miles for 16250. $12,500 seems slightly low considering the low mileage, but I wouldn't call it a lowball offer.

I don't know, but IMO you won't get what you SHOULD get for a car as great as that one that's been so well taken care of and with such low miles.

Seems fair, I'd say on the low end of the range with the top being around $15k. The MY2003 does have some cult appeal.
