I kept searching everyweek in a 100 miles radius on autotrader, craigslist, yahoo, etc till one that was worth dealing showed up. There's a lot of S2Ks around, but many have been abused, have high mileage or are way too far from you to deal with. I obviously wanted to see the car in person and drive it. I was lucky that my car's previous owner was an older lady and her brother did the deal for her. He was selling it for 17k and was nice enough to bring it down much lower. Keep looking around, eventually you'll get the one you want.

24,000 miles
Mint condition.
Garage kept and covered.
Old guy owned, so never raced.
Never seen rain or snow.
I have been offered 12,500 but that seemed low.
