so it looks like i have to sell the s2000 and get somthing a little more practical and less on insurance and i wanted to know what you guys thought i should ask for it.

its an 02 sazuka blue with 25,xxx miles on it. its in amazing shape and has nothing done to it. 100% stock everything. it will have a new robbins top on it soon because the original has a tear in it but other then that it has only had normal maintenance. kbb says 19k in excellent condition which is is but i know its a toy and i wanna know real world value in this economy.

You may get more because of condition,color etc and the increasing realization that s2ks are special and no longer made.

I think the right person will find this a special deal but that person doesn't live in the cold,wet backwoods like we do.( I'm outside of Albany)

I would advertise broadly, autotrader etc.

well my concern is getting caught out and having to spend a large chunk to get it running right if its not something simple...its either cheap, or super expensive theres no middle ground of a fix haha.

The last S i test drove was at a dealer kind of like this where they just try to flip cars and the S was in horrible condition despite the ad saying it was impeccable.

 

car looks good but autocheck is a bit shady.....

was sold twice at auction, 1st owner looks legit, 2nd owner only had it for 16k miles, 3rd owner just bought the car 4k miles ago and now its for sale again....

 

I think thats a good deal. But the carfax says they sold it on 3/2.

How many owners, how many times it's been sold at dealer auctions, doesn't concern me if the car is clean.
