I wouldnt give him that much...he only plans on tuning to 12.5 A/F.

Why only go to 12.5? I'd run it at least to 13.5...Mine's at 13 and I'm still pretty rich.
Is there reason to fear going too lean on the tune because the snorkel could cause the car to run even leaner at speed (I do a aweful lot of triple digit driving)??? Is this a legit concern?

Would the Comptech Intake provide better performance as well as dyno numbers?

Do ya'll feel like the tr1 63 V1 would provide any more power than the Buddy Club Spec III?

Thx-lots of random questions.

Too lean would mean you're above 14:1...even at triple digit speeds, your computer controls the fuel and timing based on manifold absolute pressure. Irregardless of what pressure the air is at before the throttle plate, after it enters the manifold, that's when the computer calculates how much fuel to add. You won't run lean from a snorkel. Ever. The comptech intake might get you 3-4, but basically, any CAI isn't going to do very much on the dyno. Yes, they'll all help a little while driving around, but CAI's on the s2000 just haven't proven to be worth the cost. A simple high-flow filter element in the stock box, with your snorkel, will be more than sufficient, but won't really show up on a dyno.
As far as the T1R vs the buddy club, if they're both about the same diameter, with about the same piping bends and flow path, they should perform about the same. The one that's straighter, with less bends, bigger tubing, and a less restrictive muffler, will allow the exhaust gasses to flow faster, thus freeing up more horsepower.

Depending on what AJ-Racing pm's me in response to a question, I may go with the T1T-70R Sparrow for my new exhaust, when I get one. I think I flow enough air to be able to benefit from that exhaust

I'm going to keep the limit on that graph to 6 people. Any more than that, and I think it'll be too cluttered. Since silver9k doesn't have any of these mods anymore, his will probably be the one chopped first if someone else wants in on this...then 2qwk4u, since he's now turbo. I'd like to leave his plot up there for awhile though, to demostrate the difference in midrange the AP2 has over the AP1.

When will you get it? Why not just buy BlownAPs?

BlownAP's exhaust is a T1R 70R. The Sparrow is the dual version, Blown AP's is a single.
