Rob, did you ever try the OEM rear sway bar with those spring rates?

No. So far the balance (under/oversteer) is very close to balanced with and without the MX-5 bar. I think the OEM bar would push it too far into over steer.

In March I will be running on some concrete similar to Lincoln, so I'll see how that feels and adjust from there.

I have even a larger stagger of spring rate than Rob does (800/500) with a stiffer front sway bar... And the OEM rear bar makes the rear of the car dance more than I like it to. Having the MX5 base front bar on the rear is just enough bar to make my car fly through the slaloms and not sacrifice the sweepers. It feels just right.

I do have 650 springs waiting to be used, if the rears need a bit more... but right now... I kinda like it!

Kind of off topic but I need to order up some tire warmers, or heat deflectors might be the right term. Any places I should look?

I have helped with these in grid before and they are very nice. See link. Most people just make their own out of the silver bubble wrap insulation.

Alot of the "pre-made" ones are really thick and some cant get them on the rear if the car is really lowered. I would just make some.
