Rolly = loose?

That is what I would have thought, but wanted to make sure.

Rolly as in the body rolls a lot in slaloms and lane changes and things like that. It takes too long to take a set so if the course is all transition like it was at Dixie, the car can be a pain in the ass to drive. I'm working on it.

Maybe it is just the full tread Toyos that make the car "Rolly"

I drove our car on the street a bit, and it doesn't feel like it rolls a lot, but I might just be used to how the car was stock still.

My car certainly doesn't feel rolly on the street. There's not really a situation where you can simulate slaloms on public streets.

FWIW, the car felt rolly on the dunlops too. Just watch some of my vids. The horizon tilts a bunch.

^ mine doesnt seem to roll as much as yours... but the custom valving on my Koni's has a higher maximum rebound in front than Motons do off the shelf. maybe try stiffer rebound valving?

Throw the 850s up front and the 700s in the rear. That'll tame the "roll" your experiencing as changing the front is usually more obvious than the rear feel wise.

If you are talking roll you should include the sway bars.

750F 8" Hypercoil
600R 7" Hypercoil

FSB - Comptech on center hole (200% of stock stiffness)
RSB - stock, like response better on than off, but works good off on very bumpy surface

Happy with roll stiffness on smooth pavement running full (very) firm rebound up front, rear backed of 1/2 way. Of course without you knowing my valving you have no idea what that means. Although I did post the plots many pages back (52).

Last weekend there was a practice event in San Diego which provides some insight into STR.

There was an STR open class with five drivers, but you'll need to look at the "Time Only" section see the rest.

This one is all drivers/categories indexed including Time Only.

Just got some photos of last weekends event. This one shows about the most roll I have seen from my car. The rebound/compression was very soft and rear bar was off. You can see the tires have a decent load on them.
