In choosing my spring rates, I thought I would model the F/R ratio after the CR and go close to the limits of my TC Klines Koni DA's.

CR = 392F/342R
Max = 700F/610R (600 close enough)
1 notch lower = 650F/567R (550 close enough)

The initial setting that the TC Kline rep suggested was 400F/500R... that seemed opposite from this thread though

My tech suggests to go a little conservative, by going with: 650/500.

I believe I am going to go with my tech's suggestion and work from that.

Thoughts?

Two things.

Try less rear camber, and/or more rear spring. I bet your natural frequency's are too far apart with 250 lbs between the front and the rear. I have 800/700 and the NF is about .2 to .3 apart.

Keep in mind, my NF calculations are not 100% accurate, but probably close enough.

Just got the call from TC Kline, so I ordered the goodies with the springs being 650F/500R.

I'll search the thread for ride height recommendations.... hope it is working today. LOL

Center of hub to fender 13-13.25 front. Make the rear .25" higher.

That should be ok with soft spring rates.

I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge. I understand that these are all just starting points and will need to adapt to driving style and setup.

Thanks again!!

We run similar with softer springs:
13" front center of hub to fender, 13.25 rear.

450F 550R spring rates

Interesting that you are just a hair higher than what TC Kline recommended and having the fronts softer than the rears.

Sooo... how do you like how the car feels with the current rates?
